However, we understand that sometimes you may need a refund, return, or exchange. - Provide photographic evidence of the damage or defect.
4. Non-Refundable / Non-Returnable Items
Some items are not eligible for refund or returns. These may include (but are not limited to):
- Products marked “Final Sale”, “Clearance”, or “Non-returnable” at time of purchase.
- Gift cards, downloadable digital goods, or software that has been downloaded or accessed.
- Perishable goods (if any) that are not shelf-stable.
- Items that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged by you beyond what is necessary to examine the product.
- Items with missing parts or tags (unless the part was missing at the time of delivery, and you notified us immediately).
5. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will, at our discretion:
- Provide a replacement at no extra cost; or
- Issue a full refund including standard shipping charges; or
- Provide a partial refund if you prefer to keep the item despite the issue.
You must provide us with:
- A description of the issue.
- Clear photographic evidence (and, if needed, video).
- Your order number and date of purchase.
We reserve the right to request that the item be returned to us (in the state you received it) before the replacement or refund is issued.
6. Return Process
To initiate a return:

8. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds (e.g. for damaged or missing parts, or items returned missing original packaging) may be granted in the following circumstances:
- The product shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect the item.
- Minor cosmetic damage not affecting the functionality, and you choose to keep the item.
- Missing accessories that were included in the product description.
We will deduct an appropriate amount from the refund to compensate for diminished value (e.g. loss of value due to missing original packaging or tags).
9. Exchanges
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- If the item you want to exchange into is more expensive, we will charge you the difference. If it is cheaper, we will refund you the price difference.
- Follow the same return process as above and indicate you want an exchange.
- Once the returned item is accepted, we will dispatch the replacement. Shipping charges for the exchange may be borne by you unless otherwise agreed.
10. Cancellations
- You may request cancellation of your order before it has been shipped.
- If your order has already shipped, you must follow the Returns process; cancellation will convert to a return (if eligible).

12. Faulty Shipments or Delivery Issues
- If your order never arrives, or arrives significantly late due to our fault, or if there is a shipping error (wrong product, wrong address due to our error, etc.), contact us immediately.
- We will investigate and, if confirmed, we will either resend the items, provide a refund, or offer store credit—whichever is most appropriate.
- Be prepared to provide proof of non-delivery (if available), delivery confirmation, or other relevant information.
13. Store Credit / Gift Cards
- In some cases (especially when the original payment method cannot be refunded), we may issue store credit.
